A growing pediatric after hours' clinic in the beautiful Knoxville, Tennessee area is seeking a physician assistant or nurse practitioner interested in picking up shifts per diem in our reputable urgent care facilities dedicated to caring exclusively for pediatric patients. Our service offers a convenient option for pediatric walk-in treatment when the doctor offices are closed.

To be considered for this position, you must be comfortable caring for newborns to patients' 21 years of age and must be proficient in reading x-rays, splinting, suturing, minor orthopedics and trauma assessment and management, wound care/closures, and incision/drainage of abscesses. The ideal candidate for a per diem position offers practice experience as an advanced practice clinician in an urgent care or fast-track; APC practice experience in a pediatrics outpatient may also be considered if have current procedure skills as mentioned.
