Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join this collegial family medicine practice at The Plaza, located on the campus of Providence Portland Medical Center. You'll be part of a collaborative, value-based, and patient-centered care team made up of physicians, advanced practice clinicians, behavior health provider, clinical pharmacist, case management, and an experienced clinical support team. A great opportunity to support an underserved patient population at a central eastside location in Portland, Oregon.

• Full-time at 1.0 FTE
• Monday - Friday, daytime hours, 4 days/week schedule
• Team-based care model supporting FM+OB physicians, so the ideal candidate will be comfortable seeing pediatric patients and older adults
• Direct and indirect patient care (in-basket management)
• 1-year of post-graduate experience in a primary care setting strongly preferred
